Discovery Walks Bayeux is NOT a company but a name under which self-employed guides are working, each with their own registration, insurance, accounts and fiscal obligations - as per the "auto-entrepreneur" french employment rules.

This is the reason no company registration number is showing on this website which is a mere information page, nor on any commercial flyer, poster, brochure which, again, are merely for information purpose.

The discovery.walks.bayeux@gmail.com email address is equally manned, in turn, by the members of the team, at least once a day, more commonly several times a day.

Current guides working under the name Discovery Walks Bayeux are the actual founders of this concept.

The CONCEPT of a team of

• competent bilingual guides
• registering as "auto-entrepreneur", self-employed
• working under a same name
• university post graduates
• with the same high level of general History but also local knowledge
• with essential people skills
• who will dispense a enjoyable and informative tour, whose contents has been laid out by demanding founders
• All further guides joining the team will undergo the same thorough training and will be expected a high level of bilingualism.
